About Us

Silvia

Silvia has been in the dental field for over 14 years with back office and front office experience. She has lived in Healdsburg most of her life. She is a proud single mother of four Bianca, Oscar, Alexie and Emalie.

In her spare time, she loves doing activities with her children that include going to the movies, shopping, concerts, exercising and attending her children’s soccer games.

Debbie

Debbie is our office manager. She has been in the dental profession over thirty-five years and has had her Registered Dental Assistant license since 1983. She has spent the last twenty-five years with Dr. Leach, working in both the front and back office capacities. She lives in Santa Rosa with her husband Ron, Beau the beagle, and has two children in college. Her hobbies include quilting, gardening and backpacking.

Nadine

Nadine was born and raised in Santa Rosa. She is proud to be a fifth generation Sonoma County resident. She completed a bachelor's degree in dental hygiene from Idaho State University and a Master of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from The University of Iowa. Since college graduation, she has lived and practiced dental hygiene in California, Arizona, Alaska, Minnesota, and Iowa. She has practiced dental hygiene for twenty-six years and has taught dental hygiene at the University of Iowa and SRJC. She is a member of California Dental Hygienists' Association and the American Dental Hygienists' Association. Nadine and her husband Gary have been busy over the last three years building their new home in Windsor. Nadine’s interests include horseback riding and dog agility training.

Marsha

Marsha is a 1993 graduate of Diablo Valley College Dental Hygiene program. She is a member of California Dental Hygienists' Association and the American Dental Hygienists Association, and has been part of the hygiene team at Dr. Leach’s office since 1998. Marsha lives in Healdsburg with her husband and enjoys traveling, camping, beaches and shoes.

Kathy B

Born and raised in Sonoma County, Kathy B. received her certificate in Dental Assisting in 1993, from SRJC. Kathy joined our team in 2004. She has been happily married for ten years to her husband David. They have three children, Barry, Katie and Andrew. Her hobbies include camping, shopping and spending time with family and friends.

Erin

After graduating from high school in Santa Rosa Erin attended UC Davis where she earned a BS in Dietetics and a BA in Exercise Science. She then went to Santa Rosa Junior College in order to pursue a career in Dental Hygiene. Erin is a member of the ADHA, CDHA, and the RDHS where she is serving as secretary. Erin's interests include hiking, yoga, soccer, cooking and traveling. She and her husband Mike, also enjoy wine making at home in Healdsburg.

Suzanne

Suzanne and her family moved to Healdsburg from Southern California in 1978. Suzanne graduated from Los Angeles School of Medical & Dental Assistants in 1965. She worked as a dental assistant for three years, and then took 20 years off to raise their two children. In 1988, Suzanne obtained her Registered Dental Assisting License and has worked part time in Healdsburg ever since.

She enjoys spending time with her family, especially her three grandchildren. She and her husband love traveling and fishing whenever they can.

Kathy K

Kathy K. has been in the dental field since 1985. She is a member of California Dental Hygienists' Association and the American Dental Hygienists' Association. She was a Registered Dental Assistant for six years before graduating in 1991 from Loma Linda University with a Bachelors Degree in Dental Hygiene. She completed the Registered Dental Hygienist in Alternative Practice Program at the University of the Pacific, San Francisco in December 2004 and established On The Go Dental Hygiene, a mobile dental hygiene service to meet the needs of the homebound and disabled. Kathy has worked for Dr. Leach since 1998. Kathy is also currently employed by Outsource Resources Support Services as an Infection Control and OSHA Compliance consultant. When she isn’t spreading the word about the importance of oral health, Kathy spends time sailing with her two children, Zach and Isabel and her husband Ed.

Michelle

Michelle is our bookkeeper. Along with handling the accounts payable for Villaggio Dental, Michelle also maintains the books for several of Dr. Leach’s business entities, as well as owning and operating The Bean Affair next to the dental office. A California native she grew up in San Jose and moved to Healdsburg in 1999 where she currently lives with her husband Erik, two children, Felicia and Taelor and family pets: Sasha (pug) and Gunner (shepherd). She enjoys traveling, water sports, camping and spending time with her family.

Jennifer

Jennifer was born and raised here in Healdsburg where she still resides with her husband and 3 children. Jennifer has had a long history working as a dental assistant before joining our office in October of 2009. Jennifer is now our scheduling coordinator and is one the first smiling faces to be seen when you walk through the doors.

In her free time, Jennifer enjoys baking, dancing, and helping out her children with their Little League games.

Gratiniana

Gratiniana, "Gladys," was born in Cuba and came to the United States in 1971. She lived in New Orleans until the catastrophe of Hurricane Katrina hit the state of Louisiana.

Gladys moved to Healdsburg in September 2005 to provide care for Dr. Leach’s mother-in-law. Gladys now works as a back office assistant for Dr. Leach.

In her spare time, Gladys enjoys cooking and preparing delicious meals. She is a great teacher and takes the time to teach others how to prepare healthy meals as well.

She has 2 children and 3 grandchildren who live in Louisiana.

Letty

Letty has been working in the dental field since 1995. She attended SRJC and obtained her Registered Dental Assistant license in 1997. She loves her job and enjoys working with people every day. Outside of work, she enjoys shopping, listening to music and spending time with her two daughters and soon to be born son.

Celia

Celia is a Sonoma County native. She has been a Registered Dental Assistant since 2000. She has worked in general dentistry and orthodontics.

During her free time, she enjoys the great outdoors with her husband and two sons. They like camping, hiking and bike rides.
